Igor Trogan, MD, FAAP

Medical Director

Dr. Trogan did his undergraduate training at the University of Rochester College of Arts and Science where he received a B.S. in Neuroscience with Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He completed his medical training at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and received his pediatric specialty training at Yale Children's Hospital in New Haven, CT.

Dr. Trogan has many years of experience in private practice as well as in the pediatric emergency room  (CentraState).

He is fluent in both Russian and Greek. He is married and has 2 kids.

• Dr. Trogan is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics
• Certified in Pediatric and Advanced Trauma Life Support
• His special interests include Asthma, Allergy, Infectious Diseases, and Dermatology

Dana Essner, NP

Dana is a pediatric nurse practioner with extensive  primary, hospital, and emergency care experience. She has  ten years of  experience working in the pediatric intensive care unit. She received her Masters degree from Seton Hall University.  She has 3 children.

Catherine Donohue, NP

Catherine is a nurse practitioner with 30 years of pediatric experience. She received her Masters degree from the University of Pennsilvania.  She has 3 children.

Carmen Arroyo, NP

Carmen has twenty six years of experience in primary pediatric care.  She has been a part time pediatric clinical instructor for Rutgers University-College of Nursing.  Her hopes are to complete a doctorate in clinical practice at Rutgers University.  Carmen also works for the Perth Amboy School Health Center.  Carmen is married with 3 children.

Myriam Hernandez, NP

Myriam has thirty one  years of experience in primary pediatric are.  She received her nurse practitioner degree from Columbia University.  She has worked  in the Perth Amboy School Health Center and in private practice.  She is married and has 2 children.  She enjoys reading and spending lazy days at the beach.
